The condo board wants to purchase a retail unit from the developer, turn it into common area, and sell some current common area to partially pay for this aquisition, change the maps and everyone's allocation. All with a 67pct homeowner approval hurdle. They claim the 100pct TUCA chapter does not apply in this case, exceptions apply but won't say why.
